Information for Site supervisors:
Supervisor Training & Contract
As of the 2014-2015 academic year, all partner sites are required to complete a Community Work-Study Site Supervisor Training in order to submit a contract. At least one representative from each site is required to attend these trainings before students can begin working at your organization. Organizations interested in renewing their application for the 2018-2020 contract cycle, are not required to complete the full training, but are encouraged to have a short conversation with the CWS Coordinator prior to submitting their contract. Creating Job Descriptions To submit new work-study position descriptions, please fill out this Google Form (submissions will automatically be sent to the CWS Coordinator). New positions will be posted on the Community Partners & Open Positions page as soon as they are received. Please note: Prior to filling out this form, your organization is required to complete both a Supervisor Site Training and submit the 2016-2018 CWS Partner Site Contract. If you have not completed the above steps, please contact Melissa Mardo to learn more. Timesheet Approvals Please make sure to approve your student workers' hours on time every two weeks. Students submit their working hours every other Tuesday and supervisors are expected to submit their approval on Google by Thursday morning. 2018 Student Payroll Schedule |
