Providence College students who demonstrate financial need are eligible to participate in the community work-study program. The program is constructed so that students can work at nonprofit organizations and schools throughout the greater Providence area, and receive pay through their federal work-study award (a part of their financial aid package).
Community Work-Study allows for students to gain real world experience related to their interests and field of study while simultaneously serving as a resource to community organizations and getting paid.
